True of a lot of such sites, but this one was recommended in an early PCHelp mag.
So far Windoiws security and CCleaner have shown nothing untoward ... running MB now.
Ccleaner is known to distribute malware. Take the advice of the 3 people in a row that told you it's malware and get rid of the driver app.
read down the search results and see
https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=PCHelpSoft+Driver+Updater
remove it.
Program removed as soon as it had done its thing ... several scans revealed just a handfull of PUPs which are now gone too 😊
Don't suppose there is the small chance that Windows.old is still present as drivers from the previous installation might still be found there. That is if you did the clean installation without deleting and re-creating partitions, keeping in mind it only has 32 GB (28 GiB) of storage.
Also just because the exclamation marks are gone doesn't necessarily mean things are all working and set up properly you'll want to check the touchscreen calibration for example.
Can't say I have ever come across the CES103 myself, seems to have been exclusively sold at The Warehouse (Red shed) unlike Everis and H+O lines which were also sold at Noel Leeming. Attached some pics of the device in case someone can harvest the drivers of theirs for you.

CCleaner got infiltrated a couple of times years ago, I've been using it for 10 years or more and never had an issue with it.
Every other "cleaning" program gets infiltrated as well, so singling out CCleaner is a tad unfair.

You could download this driver bundle and give it a try, in the past I have had success with non-Intel drivers for other The Warehouse Group devices from these bundles provided by this German retailer who sells similar computing devices sourced from China.
