Hi there,

I recently turned on my month-old HP notebook to find a large crack inside the screen. I haven't damaged it but the manufacturers are saying that even slight trauma to the screen can cause these cracks.

So I was wondering if this is a manufacturing fault and other people are having problems with an overly sensitive HP Notebook screen?

Thanks,

Alice.

If you've done nothing outside of what might be termed "normal use" then you are covered under the CGA, as the notebook is clearly not "fit for purpose".
