Hi all

I am trying to track down a scrapped/damaged Dell 5110 laptop to get the lower casing (Part 005t5) It is my Girlfriends and the mounts built into the lower case for the screen hinge have crumbled, rest of the laptop is fine.

I am currently a poor student doing my BIT so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to source a damaged donor or something in Wellington / Lower Hutt. I can strip it down and do the repair but the plastic has fallen apart so it needs replacement. Have been quoted $92 from Dell but for that price or less I was thinking there must be a damaged one around.

Not to familiar with repairers in area so any advice would be appreciated.
