Hi there,
just wondering if any Surface Pro2 owners had experienced any issue with the AC to 48V power connector accessory.
I noted this week that mine cracked where the terminal (magnetically) connects to the Surface Tab.
Not a huge deal, but only 6 months old which is annoying
Searching around however, replacements seem to be as scarce as hen's teeth.
Just wondering if this is a common/design issue? and also if anyone knows of a source of replacements that my googling hasn't uncovered already!

We had a similar issue with a Surface Pro 2 - the cord from the mains to the power adapter cracked (and sparked) at the plug going into the adapter. I contacted Microsoft on their 0800 number and they shipped a replacement power adapter immediately. AA++ would report fault again!

We has the mains to power brick cord split too. Just replaced it with a generic one which has the cord bend guard. The power cords seem pretty fragile out of the box.
