After my failed attempt to turn an old lenovo into a windows 8 machine I was selling it on TM.

I got asked the usual question "how long does the battery last"

Is there abit of software that one can install to bring up a report of battery condition?

When I sold last laptop on trademe I just used the Windows icon at the bottom of the screen -e.g.  4hrs 30 remaining and said that was battery life with light usage.  Otherwise just use it on battery until it runs out of power and note how long it lasted..
