Hello,

Every time I start my Nec laptop it comes up with a screen with a slection of choices like the Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, Safe Mode with Command Prompt and so on. Whenever i click either of these it starts to load then the bluescreen comes up and restarts in a flash so i cant read it. I cant us the xp cd because my cd-rom is stuffed.

I think I need a connecter for my laptop HD so I can connect it to another pc but can someone show me what it looks like hmm not very good with computers and stuff.

You need this: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Computers/Components/Hard-drives/Other/auction-128823709.htm
COPY ALL YOUR DATA TO YOUR PC (Perhaps the entire drive so you dont forget any files??)
Then you should get a new (secondhand) cd drive, or if not possible, an external USB-CDROM drive, to use to install Windows again.
