Hi all,

I may be after something that doesn't really exist, but my ideal laptop requirements would be as follows (in order of importance):

- 17" screen, at least 1080p
- SSD
- 16Gb RAM
- Decent battery life
- 6th gen Core i5 or i7
- No optical drive (this isn't a show-stopper, but I really don't use them nowadays)

So essentially an ultrabook with a big screen.  I don't game at all, watch a lot of video, and do a bit of data-crunching occasionally, as well as photo retouching via Lightroom.

This new Dell that should be out in NZ soon might fit the bill, will probably have an SSD configuration as one of the options.

Thanks man - other than being a 2-in-1 that looks ideal!  I might just import one from the US, as it'll probably still end up being cheaper than Dell NZ, and I won't have to wait X months to get it!
