First ever time I've purchase Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop and I get this error on boot-up. Not a great first impression. Spoke to Lenovo Support, but is took about 10 millions times (I'm exaggerating) to get to speak to somebody because the call kept dropping when being put thought to a 'Support Specialist'.
Good for me, no mucking around to 'try this' and 'try that', what I normally get with HP support. I sent the screen shot and got a "Dead on Arrival" reference number. :) Sorted.
