I need an I/O board for an Asus TP300L Transformer Book Flip thingy after the power button broke. Rather the plastic around it which activates the button broke as I can still start the laptop by taking it apart and pressing it with my finger nail.
It wont wake from sleep using the keyboard or mouse at all so I really need to replace the board. I could probably remove the rubber cover on the case and just use a bent metal toothpick or something as the button itself still works, but I'd prefer to fix it properly.
I've never had any trouble picking up the obvious things like screens, hinges, keyboards etc, but this is proving a little more difficult.
So where do people go in NZ for parts ? There are several on ebay for between $80 and $250 but shipping is weeks and I'd prefer local if I can.
