All updates installed and also have show mode docking station. Has anyone managed to get Alexa working in NZ on the Amazon tablet? The docking station will charge the device but no show mode. Online help advises that Alexa has to activated for show mode to work and no matter what I try, it shows as offline. If anyone has had any luck, I would appreciate someone posting the steps required. Help is appreciated.

Well I managed to enable Alexa hands free by changing my region to my US YouShop address but it looks like show mode is a no go at the moment. Oh well, no biggie, at least Alexa is working.

I would have thought you'd have show mode working - it started working on my HD10 about three months ago, although my smaller Amazon tablets took a bit longer.

Hey T, I appreciate your reply. It prompted me to have another look at the settings and I now have Show Mode. It was the keyboard language. It was set to English UK (dunno how that happened) and when I changed it over to English US, Show Mode was enabled. Thanks.
