Seems Asus , in all their wisdom , have removed the CSM\legacy boot option in some laptops
Not disabled, its gone .

So no booting up HD cloning software , no CD boot for recovery software , no linux CD boot

So, in general , Is this going to be the way things are going , or just one Manufacturer being difficult ?

I know our PXE (network booting) software has UEFI boot options, but our cloning tools are all legacy boot (from memory).  This might cause a bit of pain in the short term if or as other manufacturers follow suit while bootable software tools/utility makers catch up.
