My son would like a monitor to use with a laptop to be able to look at the bigger screen, I have let him have my old AOC 23" 2013 model.
Would he better of with some thing a bit current ie

Or would the existing AOC one be as good, I suppose things have gotten better since 2013 as I don't no the difference in things like 60Hz etc.
Its sole use is for a small business so no gaming.
