I have a MSI Ge75 Raider 8SE Laptop which was brought from Hong Kong and recently suffered a Blue Screen of Death Issue from which I believe the cause is the Dragon Center. After the BSOD issue,it refuses to boot or turn on. The computer is still under warranty. Does anyone know if PB Tech in Wellington carries out MSI Warranty Repairs or anyone in Wellington who can carry out warranty repairs on MSI Laptops in Wellington?

Looking at the MSI website, The only authorized repairer in NZ is in Auckland.

Edit - sorry didn't read the post correctly - it was purchased overseas.

Sounds possibly more like a software issue than anything physical?

Is the data on the notebook important? If you don't mind losing it, there will probably be a way to do a system recovery or reset yourself, or failing that just create a Win10 flash drive and try to clean install yourself.
