I have a Toshiba L55-C5392 which the build quality is not as good as previous Toshiba laptop that I owned.

Its a 2016 model and the webcam stopped working just after a year, and now the hinge is wonky for the screen but the keyboard is not working with all the keys.

Is there a fix that I can try.

If it were only the keyboard you could try replacing it, but in your case I would buy a new laptop and sell some parts (memory,HD)

Maybe a long-shot, but on the off-chance that it is a software issue, have you tried plugging in an external keyboard to check the offending letters, etc. are in fact broken? Either way, laptop keyboard replacement can be stupidly easy through to frustratingly complicated.
