Hi there

Very non IT savvy person here! Need some help please, I have a Compaq laptop and a Airport express from Apple which I run my broadband through as well as iTunes. I recently upgraded iTunes to the new version and now I have an error message which says the speakers cannot connect due to an error with the code -3256. I have searched Google to try and find a solution to fix this problem but can only find it for macs! Does anyone know how to fix this problem on a pc?

Would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Louisa

I am moving this to the correct forum - you have a much better chance of getting a reply.

I found this article which seems to suggest it's a firewall problem. Firstly have you tried updating the firmware on the Airport Express? If that's up to date I'd try dropping the firewall (temporarily!) on your laptop to see if that makes any difference.
