Hello

The fan in my sons laptop is failing and needs replacing.

Does anyone know of any laptop spare shops, online store where I would be able to source the spare part please?

cheers

What is the product number on your laptop? Can be found on the back, or if you run 'msinfo32' (from run box) it will tell you in there (think it will be under System SKU). Something like ALF54AV (just as an example).

EMPR do have them in stock but they are pretty dear.

I'm just checking another supplier for you...there don't seem to be many about in NZ.

Can get one in from overseas a lot cheaper than EMPR, but likely to be 3 weeks or so. Might be best just to stump up and get it from EMPR if you want it in a hurry.
