HI all,

Last week I ordered a P14s laptop with an AMD CPU. I ordered this one as I can add an extra SSD and 16GB RAM.

Found out it will take until March next year to arrive, is there other laptops out there that I can get locally and added an SDD and RAM in it.

I could wait but if I can get one sooner that would be great, looking around $1500 if I was too look elsewhere.

Alternatively (totally serious) depending on your workload the M1 MacBooks are some of the best laptops you can get right now. I seriously rate mine at being the best laptop I've ever owned and doesn't come much more in price.

Does your order status say March?

I ordered a legion 5 pro amd on 10/11, it says it’s shipping to me on Monday 22/11 and I should have it within the week

The main Lenovo website still says more than 8 weeks on product page for this item

Currently says expected to ship 28 feb 2022, expected to arrive 10 march 2022. Its a custom P14s.

I will look at other laptops where i can use the 16gb RAM and the extra 512 SSD.

I ordered an Intel t14s Gen2 in May.. Due for delivery in December.

Generally known online as OpenMedia, now working for Red Hat APAC as a Technology Evangelist and Portfolio Architect. Still playing with MythTV and digital media on the side.
