I have a MacBook Pro which has a faulty screen. It has a crack behind the front glass.

I am in Howick so would hope for someone not too far away.  Thanks

My insurance company directed me to Connect NZ earlier in the year; they do have an Auckland office; not sure how the distance works for you.

Have used Service Plus a few times and been happy with their work. They are in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch

Where did you buy it from? I would have thought a 2020 MB Pro would be under warranty or at least CGA so best to start with the retailer?
