Does anyone know of any online stores in nz (or stores that ship to nz) that sell 7" LCDs for car use, with VGA input? (for a computer) - tried one with an RCA Input + VGA->RCA converter but didnt have a lot of luck.

e3soultions have 7" lcds. Very limited range though. Haven't bought anything with them myself.

Also have a look at the mp3car store. But with the NZ dollar doing so badly against the US dollar it is rather expensive
