im having an issue with my laptop, its been great so far, but today it just wont drop the CPU usage, it keeps jumping from 50 to 100!  Its made watching a blu-ray annoying, as it keeps skipping due to all the CPU going elsewhere




attached is a screenshot of it, does anyone know what could be causing this? i have hardly any programms running, i even closed AVG and AnyDVDHD.
