hi I have a 2 big problem with my dell inspiron 6000 laptop. the fisrt one is that I don't know my domain admin password the one u need in setup if u change something or to reboot something. the other problem is when I turn on my laptop it runs for like 3 minutes while im logged on and am online or trying to watch something it goes to a blues screen saying all this stuff. it just on the screen until I restart it then it happens again 3 minutes later. I tried to reboot my laptop but it goes to the blue screen again. I don't have a dell xp cd to reboot it. I downloaded the other one online. now I can't go online because of the blue screen. please can someone help me I don't know what to do im not good in this kind of field. please im begging u.
