Well after 4 weeks of waiting my xps16 laptop finally arrived, yet I have two problems, it comes with fire wire 4 pin not 6 pin, does any body know if it is possible to  get 6 pin on dells?

Secondly, is the lid  meant to close flush as mine seems to have 10mm gap and is a bouncy?

I doubt it with the 6pin firewire because the connector is bigger and laptop space is a premium these days, getting a 4pint ot 6pin cable should be simple though ?

And you have a 10mm gap on the lid ? 1cm ?!?! Thats quite a gap!
