Does anyone have any feedback (good/bad) on laptopbattery.net.nz?

Live down the road from this company, Have brought laptop ram from them and had no problem, havn't brought a battery off them though, they seem to be reasonably priced.
EDIT: Oh and I brought a laptop charger and thats been good also.

I got some feedback on my Twitter and Facebook. I've ordered something from them and paid via bank transfer. Now to wait for the service and I will post results here.

I got a laptop battery from them once and it looked like it had been opened, on one side of the battery the plastic was thinner than the other side and it seemed that wires (or some other object) were pushing up on the thinner side causing it not to fit in the laptop. =[

I guess I was the unlucky one.

I was going to reply and say that I had on two occasions found them excellent - then I thought I'd just check the webpage and when I did I realised that I haven't dealt with them - the company which I had dealt with (with a similar name) was at http://www.laptopbattery.co.nz/ - i.e. not the same website.
When I ordered from http://www.laptopbattery.co.nz/  the only issue I had was that their shipping was cumulative and seemed ridiculous but a call to their Auckland number (which I presume is VOIP to Christchurch) connected me with a very helpful salesperson who adjusted the shipping such that I could see the revised price on the screen before I paid. They gave me a courierpost tracking number immediately and the goods arrived with a couple of days - in summary I found the company I dealt with was excellent.

I bought a repacement battery for a portable phone about two weeks ago.  Everything went smoothly, prompt delivery & so far(!) no issues with the battery.  Seemed well run company.  Phoned to check that the battery was correct for my phone first - call answered straight away and person who aswered was helpful.
