I haven't been able to find anyone computer store that sells 1.8" harddrives, I would like to upgrade my UX from 30gig to something around 80.  Can anyone suggest anywhere that would have them.  Or else I guess it will be importing one from US.  Thanks Shane

Neither have I been able to find any. I have a Vaio TZ which takes a 1.8 inch (currently 100gb) but am looking for a 1.8 inch SSD with a P-ATA interface. Nobody in NZ seems to stock them.

These sound like the same ones in iPods...

The 4th Generation iPods have a P-ATA connector (I think), actual connector looks like this:http://www.projectpcs.com/photos/ipod156.jpg

However the 20GB and 30GB drives have a smaller form factor than 60GB/80GB drives. The larder capacity drives have a second tier(?) and are about twice as thick.

Else the newer iPod models have ZIF connectors on their drives.

The connector on mine is a P-ATA ZIF connector.
