Hi all,

I am in desperte need of some help!!

I have just bought a second hand NEC M300 laptop and it was working well for a week until it started to to freeze.

I now have the situation where it will boot maybe 5 times out of 10 but freeze in windows shortly after startup.

When it does not boot I get several BIOS beep sounds (7 in a 2-3-2 sequence) which I know is a RAM issue.

My question is can this be fixed OR should I find the guy I bought it off and ask for my money back??

PLEASE HELP!!
