I got one of them Boxing day Netbooks from HN, my mom got one too.
I recently used my moms one and discovered that the keyboard on mine was really spongy on the left part of the keyboard, like a support screw was missing or something. The whole keyboard flexes as the keys are pressed.
So I took it back to HN to get it fixed, as it under warranty.
Today I got a call from HN and told, not to worry as it is ok to have spongy keyboard. IF I was not happy, they would sent to the repaired centre (where they will take it apart and look inside to see if something is missing), but if the repair centre says that it's ok to have a spongy Keyboard too, I would be billed $200.
Is that right, is this fault too minor to be classed as a fault.
