Hi,

my 4ish year old HP power supply needs some attention to the power lead from the PSU to the laptop. I was wondering if anyone could recommend anywhere that might repair said PSU in either ideally the Onehunga area of Auckland or central Welly as will be down south for a few days next week.

Thanks

Some attention? The lead from the power brick to the laptop needs work? Is it damaged? Unless it's just the lead that you could propbably do yourself, I would think most workshops would tell you source a new one or use a DSE multi-voltage heaps of plug attachments type one.

I don't have the tools with me at the moment and the damage is pretty much at the psu. Not much spare cable at all. I will have a look at the DSE one - thanks for the input
