heya just wandering like my laptop got formatted I am just wandering how I can watch television on my laptop please? I read that I use a S-video cord to plug into the laptop which I think I have found which is located at the back of the laptop and near the power supply input.

what are you planning to plug the other end of the s-video cord into? it would need to be a video source like an AV reciever, video, dvd player or tv.

Otherwise you will need a TV tuner card or USB box, and also an aerial.

Were you successfully watching tv before something like your laptop got formatted?

It is hard to find something about this model - but what I found is that it comes with TV Out. This is for connecting a TV as a monitor.

I couldn't find anywhere about this model having TV tuner built-in.

patrickstarr: the stuff to watch stuff

A bit ambiguous.... was this some software from the net? pre installed on the laptop? bought from somewhere?

Yes, I saw that one on Google - but it's not the official specification and it's not clear that it's a TV Tuner really - the way I see it is a TV Out - but since I can't find an official specification you have to look in the product's manual for the specs.
