MODEL: Toshiba Satellite A200 Model No. PSAF6A-02C0IN

PROBLEM:  When the computer is turned on I login as normal and the desktop comes up, again as normal, then the cursor freezes and so does the clock and nothing is possible.

Any ideas?  A hard drive problem?
