ok like the title says my laptop keeps giving me errors and its not like any other error at all, after I click ok on the error the whole computer crashes and doesn't do anything and its very frustrating me, PLEASE HELP ME

you could also have a look in the system event logs for the last time it happened and see if it logged an error

right click my computer and select manage. Expand event viewer in the left hand pane and have a look through the application and system logs.

ok here's the last one I got:

I've switched to both Netscape and Firefox and that error still comes up

The problem is not on Internet Explorer, is on kernel32.dll, a system file.

It could be bad memory, not much disk space for a swapfile, or a virus, an antivirus program or antispyware software. There are some references to this on the Internet (Google is your friend).

It could also be a faulty power source, or overheating CPU (seeing that it happens after a few hours of usage).

it could be my memory because since I put a couple of games on my computer it started doing it after a few months but I didn't realise that it could be that problem.

heya I have just found a solution :) I googled run time errors and then they gave me some instructions on what I could do. Thanks for all y'all help anyway :)
