I have the fantastic little Samsung NC-210 and I'm really happy with it. I was just running through the driver updates for it available from the Samsung website (as you do) and noticed it has a new bios available.
Now, I'm normally a fervent updater and always make sure everything is up to date, but recently, I'm not sure whether updating the Bios is worthwhile. There is no description for what is fixed and the laptop runs perfectly. Is it worth updating?
I have a similar problem for my new desktop, I have built it and got it all set up sweetly, but there is a bios update I missed and should have done, but now dont want to. It runs perfectly and the fixes that the new bios provides don't seem to be needed in my system.
What does everyone else do, take the chance in the hope something cool is added, like my old Acer which got brightness control by the OS added to it, or just leave well enough alone?
