I have friends over from Aussie using Big Pond as their ISP. They can receive email on MS Outlook Express but can't send using Xtra ISP. I think it is because they are using Port 25. Anyone know what Port they should use?
Or they could try setting the Outgoing Server requires Authentication check box and set it to use the same as the incoming server. If that works then they won't have a problem where ever they are and won't have to worry about changing SMTP servers.
