I am having problems with my dell laptop fan. It is an XPS 15 and for some reason the fan starts and stops sporadically. It does it in about sets of 5, then stops for a bit then starts up again. I don't even run strenuous programs (just having the computer turned on makes it do it). If anyone can explain why it is doing this that would be great.
