So i just got my new phone on sunday and since it was the long weekend my phone was activated this morning.

Everything is good other than the fact that after i came to work my phone has gone to "no service"

What is wrong with it? It was fine when i was home. The signal is either very weak or theres no signal at all.

Before i got this phone i was on vodafone and i could use my previous fine at work.. Not sure whats going on.

Tried rebooting and resetting network- no luck :(

Left the building and walked about 10m, the signal got stronger (2-3 circles instead of 1 or non) but 3G was still pretty wonky

Ask your carrier to improve coverage in the area I guess
