Hi all,

I'm in the throws of leaving Spark and joining Bigpipe. I've been following the guidance carefully and now need to notify Spark. However, I'm struggling to find any email addresses to send my notification too.

Obviously one option is to call them, but this is painful and provides me with no record of the conversation. First preference is an email. Anyone left Spark for Bigpipe and know of a valid email address to contact?

Cheers

I don't know if this is an acceptable means of contacting them, but if you use the live chat on their website, you can get the chat conversation e-mailed to you or take a screen shot.

The reason the bigpipe post recommends emailing is its in hard records.

What i would do here, is simply request the Rep emails you direct confirmation so you have it in writing.

As i'm nowhere near billing, Don't have an address for you. However, i can atleast offer to in my free time follow up on your current issues your having..

Not easy on an iphone. But customers shouldn't have to do that. Why not fax them? Pretty sure I eventually found their email address somewhere. You could also fill in the complaints form ,  which is an email form, at https://store.spark.co.nz/forms/s/complaints , and also say that you couldn't find an email address.
