Been trying to connect to https://webmail.xtra.co.nz/appsuite/ for over ½ hr plus my desktop smtp is not connecting though POP & imap are. Internet otherwise working.

Sparks ivy help chat is taking a long time between questions and answers but now being transferred to Technical Team

Anyone else having problems.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

UPDATE from ivy:

There is an issue with the website right now. It has been reported to people who can fix it. it might be fixed after few hours. We don't have an exact time as of the moment.

Though this problem is not on https://www.spark.co.nz/outages/

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
