Been trying to connect to https://webmail.xtra.co.nz/appsuite/ for over ½ hr plus my desktop smtp is not connecting though POP & imap are. Internet otherwise working.

Sparks ivy help chat is taking a long time between questions and answers but now being transferred to Technical Team

Anyone else having problems.
