Hi,

Have you tried calling support as your first point of contact?

Reading between the lines here, Highly suspect it's nothing todo with checking a box (all this is automated), quite likely it's your in the wrong port, you requested the wrong date or it's an abandonment (which would have been clear in the notifications)

Doesn't quite sound like your actual question was answered though. Did you ask for further clarification?

If your phone calls were as vague and obtuse as your posts I'm not surprised something isnt working.

You need to provide details... is the router plugged in to port 1, port 2 etc? Optical light on the ONT is green?

Support asked me to reset the fibre box and the modem, which I did, later in conversation, they said the order had not been processed yet, they will speed up, told that a technician will come(what for?), have 30 years experience in IT, to connect 2 boxes with each other is for dumb.
