Anyone from Spark/Skinny watching?
Q: Is the Skinny Jump modem being delivered during lock-down?
Reason for asking is that an elderly friend (Wellington) contacted a 'dealer' and signed up about a week ago.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) response
Due to the recent COVID-19 situation, many local Jump partners have closed temporarily. Some partners can help you sign up over the phone. You can find out by selecting a partner on the map and giving them a ring. We’re updating the partner map with these details every day.
During these challenging times, please don’t call the Skinny Care team to sign up for Jump; you can only sign up to Jump through a local partner.

Also be aware that Jump doesn't include VoIP service (unless I have missed something) and is pure broadband. Unless your elderly friend is particularly tech savvy they probably won't want to part with their homeline, assuming they have a homeline right now.

Does the ATA port still work? I was planning on switching my elderly grandmother to this and using voip
In my case, the user merely wanted easy-to-use broadband data.
I wonder if modem is the Huawei B315 or B618?

Some of the stuff on the Skinny Jump website refers to the B315 specifically so I imagine it's the B315. Suppose given the target for the product the B618 could be a bit overkill, especially fi the B315 is cheaper/still in good stocks.
