Can you provide more details?

Prepaid or Postpaid?
What Data plan do you have?
If Prepaid, whats your balance?
How many MB's have you used so far this month?

Cheers

s.joseph: do i need a balance more than nothing?

It says this on the "Your Telecom" web page:

All rates are inclusive of GST. You need to maintain a minimum prepaid balance to initiate and continue with a data session, this will be no more than $0.01 on the 500MB plan.

So it looks to me like you only need 1c.

Bad luck that you have to topup by $10 as that is the minimum you can purchase.
