i just returned from a clients house, they were complainin about connection problems.

the modem stats were reading 59 for DS an 1 for US what kind of connection problems would this bring to there ADSL connection. an how could you fix this problem

P.S they use a Dlink Modem.

Maybe you could be more specific after going back. You might like to write down the sync speed, noise margins and attenuation figures (a figure of 1 dB vs 59 dB looks incorrect). Inspect the modem logs to determine magnitude of any errors. You could also determine distance from exchange or cabinet. Then get back to us.
