My Yahoo! Xtra email got _upgraded_ a little while ago.
The upgrade process was successful, and I could login and receive emails via POP3, etc.

Since the beginning of June, it stopped working.
It's almost as if the email account got reset.
When I tried to login to Yahoo! Xtra, I get stuck in an infinite loop (successful login, user name shown, but back to login screen though)
When I click on the user name directly, I eventually get to email, but get stuck on the Terms of Service acceptance screen...

Very frustrating...

Anyone has any idea? :)

The problem has mysteriously went away overnight...

I don't suppose my tweets to @TelecomNZ helped? :)

Anyway, thanks to whoever at Telecom got this sorted.

Hi technicaljoe

I have resolved a handful of such issues over the last year, maybe 3 or 4. I logged into that same process the custoner had the issue with, on my work PC and it all went fine, so I take that as a probable internet temp file issue on the users PC. Glad it is all sorted for you.

Cheers

I'm having issues with it today for the first time. It's coming up with an error saying xtra email won't load, and something about error number:15

I just have to reload when it happens, but it hasn't happened before today.
