Just on 7:30 telecom.co.nz was at a crawl. About 10 mins later it was fine again.

And for some reason GZ thinks it's 2 hours into the future at the moment.

It was a hard night. Totally stoked that we lasted and that most of the overnighters got something. Turns out I was drawn as the winner of the F480 as well but for some reason people weren't keen with me getting it :)

@crikarika

They seemed to think it would last. Something to chase up later on when I'm not nacked and willing to accept any answer as correct i guess

@fashske

I hadn't thought of that. Probably end up being used up by a lot of data though

Congrats to you all, especially given the time of year (cold outside at night)

Some high-school students who had lined up got a ticket but had to head off to school before the drawing began, so they gave me the ticket, and that was worth a headset and $20 credit.. :p

Hm... my iPhone 3G is taking a while to connect up to the XT network..

scottjpalmer: I'm surprised Freitasm didn't bring in a Geekzone T-shirt for you to wear over your winter woolies!

I would if I had any tshirts left...
