It should work, Galaxy S II is WCDMA 850MHz compatible.

Hi

The best thing to do is to get the IMEI for your phone (on most phones just dial *#06#) and put it into the widget at this site

http://www.skinny.co.nz/2374_EN-Help-Will_my_Phone_Work.htm

This will tell you if it is compatible.,
