I agree Michael has done a great job helping all of us. I just hope other Telecom people can work as hard as him to get my internet working again. It had been more than 36 hours since Chorus put me on vdsl2 but my the telecom router still can't establish a pppoe connection.

+1 , had a few issues over the last couple of weeks but dealt with professionaly and courteously both on here and when i called support. So much better than my last provider hence why i changed!

Sadface? I suppose it must be quite hard for anyone to have Pete drink coffee with them, I'd never forget the day when I bought Pete a Chemex only to have him add a tonne of sugar to it.

Thanks guys for everything :) It comes with great regret I've had to leave Telecom but always know there's plenty of other chaps on the Geekzone forums willing to help you out. I will be always around helping out people where I can.
