Part of it possibly is, but imo it's still a poor marketing attempt from Vodafone, to cash in on public awareness of an alternate initiative of the same name. Vodafone would (and have) thrown the law book at Telecom and others for similar things in the past, so :P
Are Telecom not guilty of doing the same thing though, calling the new VDSL product 'Ultra' VDSL and including it their Ultra Broadband packages?
Maybe Vodafone should have used the Carlsberg style method of marketing speak when describing their mythical Supernet.
