Lias: She's accepted that she doesn't really need the 80gb broadband package, and was going to ring Telecom to see if she can downgrade it this week.


You know we have the $75 $30 gb plan :)... But glad you are all sorted and it wasn't some dodgy door to door salesman working outside the Telecom remit.

To be brutally honest she should just ditch the broadband, but I think it's too much like admitting she's gone blind (her vision has deteriorated badly over the last 18 months due to other health issues, and she's not really very accepting of it)
