aaaaand the winner is......

Michael Murphy.

Well done Michael.

Michael had quite a few entries into the draw. (I think 5 or 6) and now reaps the reward by choosing $3k worth of stuff from either the Apple or Alienware online store.

We liked how this competition went, so we'll probably do more of the same sort of thing in the near future. Keep your eyes peeled :D

hahaha! Cheers guys, such an awesome prize to Win. Especially since I gave my gaming laptop away to my parents as their laptop died + couldn't justify buying a new one. So a new powerhouse will be a lovely addition to the family :)

Now it is time to go windowshopping!

No problem.

Hope you get much enjoyment from your new toy.

For anybody who is interested, this is what Michael has chosen:

http://www.dell.com/nz/p/alienware-17/pd?oc=x5102ar1nz&model_id=alienware-17

4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ processor (6MB Cache, up to 3.4GHz w/ Intel® Turbo Boost)
8GB DDR3L at 1600MHz (2 x 4G)
500GB (8GB Hybrid, 5400 RPM, 64MB Cache) SATA 6Gb/s w/NCQ
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 860M graphics with 2GB GDDR5
17.3 inch (439.42 mm) WLED FHD (1920 x 1080) Anti-Glare 300 Nit Display
Killer NIC 1202 802.11n WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0
Internal High-Definition 5.1 Performance Audio with Dolby Home Theater v4 Software (Standard)
etc
etc

He said earlier in the thread he would go for a Mac if he won, but I guess the tempation of a new gaming rig was just too much tongue-out

What would you lot have picked if you had $3k to splurge at Alienware or Apple stores?
