no. im saying, if your moving there, you might wanna simply go ADSL and test the physical connection out and see what sort of attenuation your getting.


from there, you can look at it and get a reasonable idea of how vdsl will go, assuming the internal wiring is perfect.



on a marginal VDSL line, ADSL is often faster. 


right, that makes sense. well i was told that the house was rewired recently and i will try to get the current tenants phone number and see if Peter can help with testing the line for me.

rewired, and a central splitter, could be two different things.
