kapitikarl: Although I still have the receipt - I do not have the box anymore. I hope you are right.


If not then you can argue that it doesn't work with your fibre connection so technically it's not your fault that you bought this modem. If you can indeed exchange for another modem or router, I suggest AC66U since it works for me but try to find out which router supports VLAN tagging.

Just phoned the retail place I bought it from and the will replacement it with the router you mentioned. I will let you know how I get on and if I need any informal technical support.

Just so we are clear - I have the Fibre30 package with telecom and so I have an ONT which connects via a WAN cable.

Yeah that's my current plan as well, but I am contemplating to change to Fibre 100.

Anyway this is the thing you need to change

VLAN/VID

Make sure Internet's VID is 10

WAN-Interneet Connection

For the WAN connection just make sure you select PPoE and MTU/MRU are 1492 (Ignore my DNS Server that's from another service).
